We offer a 60-day return policy. If you are not happy with the product, you are welcome to return the item for a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item and we must receive the package back in the same condition we sent it out.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the goods, please contact us via email customerservices@autoclover-store.co.uk We must be informed of the problem with the order within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Auto Clover UK and MRCH LTD are not responsible for any additional costs as a result of a faulty product, unless prior consent is given in writing by a member of staff.
